- Debit Call Inmate Pays: Debit calls are placed by the inmate and paid for by the inmate or by the called party at a reduced rate.
A PCS' debit calling account is set up for each inmate at admission and allows the inmate to purchase debit calling time using the inmate telephone system with payment being deducted from their inmate account.
Using debit calling inmates can call facility-allowed phone numbers including cell phones, business phones, hospitals, international numbers and other commercial phone numbers.
Debit calling is a safe and easy alternative to prepaid and collect calls for inmates to stay in touch with their loved ones and is offered at a discounted rate.
- Calling hours in the housing units are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. In Admissions, local calls are free and the telephones are available 24-hours a day
- There is no limit to the number of calls an inmate may place.
- The called party can refuse to accept and/or permanently block calls placed by inmates by following instructions in voice prompts at the start of each call
- All calls, except calls to attorneys, are recorded and subject to monitoring
